Forza Motorsport Games For Pc

I bought Windows 10 two days ago, with the main objective of enjoying Forza Motorsport apex (thankfully not the only objective).
Sadly, I havn't been able to connect to the Xbox app since (connection required to play).
I'm nottified with the following message (rough translation from french) :

I then tried (very methodically) every solution that was given to me in the link AND with the error code.
Nothing worked.
I then spend a long hour on the phone with both Windows and Xbox custommer services who would just throw the ball (me) back in the other's court.. I then finally reach somehow competent enough to tell me they couldn't help me there and that I should post here on this forum.
One last thing to note : i uninstalled and réinstalled the Xbox app thanks to this tutorial, problem was the exact same.
