hey all
i've been going back and forth with support at GlueTools with increasingly frustrating results so i wanted to post some findings here and see if anyone else has run across the same issue or can help in diagnosing the source of a mismatched TC.
we shoot on a phantom 4k for most of our shoots with our DIT running off transcodes with DaVinci Resolve. the transcodes and raw files when viewed via Resolve have matching TC. when you view the raw files via QT and GlueTools' phantom cine toolkit the timecode is mismatched between that raw file, the transcodes themselves, and by extension the raw files when compared to Resolve Lite.

i don't have a third piece of software to view the TC of the Cine Raw files so I'm a bit at a loss as to figuring out where the problem lies. i'm hoping either someone has run into a similar issue or would be willing to take a look at a raw file and see if they can reproduce the issue, or help rule things out.
DaVinci Lite is being run on Mac OS 10.10.1, the transcodes are being run off of DaVinci Resolve (full v.) and I'm viewing the files in QT 7 with Phantom Cine Toolkit from GlueTools, v4.0.2929
