Sindoor Khela: It is an age old ritual that on the last day of Durga puja “Vijayadashami”, women apply sindoor/sindur on the goddess’s feet or forehead and then start smearing it to all the. “You didn’t like sindoor khela”, she asked. Mitra has been working in Bengali film and television since 2000. Mitra made her debut in the television serial Chokher Bali and later worked on the television serial Chokher Bali.[2]
